TeleCounseling: an innovative approach
TeleCounseling is a short-term telephone help service that the Gambling: Help and Referral team now offers free of charge to players experiencing difficulties with gambling. The support program includes:
- an assessment interview
- six one-hour telephone meetings on various topics
- four follow-up telephone meetings.
