Know the warning signs
I am constantly thinking about gambling.
I have increased the amount I bet in order to attain the same level of excitement.
I cannot play less or stop entirely.
There have been changes in my gambling behaviour (spending, length of play or frequency).
I borrow money to play or to pay gambling debts.
I lie to cover up my gambling.
If you see yourself in one or more of these signs, do not hesitate to take a break or ask for help.
Speak to a loved one or a professional by contacting Gambling: Help and Referral or your CLSC.
You may also deny yourself access to Loto-Québec’s gaming establishments and online gaming site. Review the self-exclusion program.
